Hey guys, looks like this may be a little easier to learn than the last new board. If you want to make something bold, highlight what you want to make bold and click the b....looks like there's the font color as well, also spell check. Anybody think that option should be on CMT??? Just kiddin'!!!
There are a few things that I haven't gotten to work yet. Any problems and solutions post here so we all can learn. Sound ok?

Sounds great to me....here's the first problem. Everytime I
click to go to a different page I have to click where I want to go and then
hit refresh before it will come up. Anyone else with that problem......

I think I just figured out if we hit enter when we get over close to Gary we
can go to the next line to type instead of typing until the board rolls to the
next line. That way we aren't trying to read posts that come up behind him.

OK. THE BIRTHDAY'S ARE IN THE CALENDAR FOLDER. YOU CAN CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE WHOLE BOARD SITE, GO TO THE BOTTOM LEFT CORNER OF YOUR SETTINGS PAGE, AND TRY DIFFERENT ONES OUT. IT'S NEAT.

I'M GUESSING WE WILL GET A NEW PASSWORD FOR THE FANCLUB BOARD ?

What you do Kerry is just make sure that what you have typed is in between the brackets. I highlighted them here to show you which brackets I'm talking about...so hopefully this will work....[color="#FF00FF"][/color]

Ok, so is anyone else having issues with it loading really slow today. I hope it's just a bug from the change over and updates and it will all work out in a day or two. Goodness knows, I can't survive without being able to click over to the board during the day and see what's going on

The server was hit hard today but if you have trouble once you are registered...change your skin on the lower left side of the board. Mess with your signatures etc and then trying going back to the main skin. Also the larger your screen is the better. Close your favorites panel or make sure this window is your whole screen.

There are some kinks but this should help until they all get worked out!

Is anyone able to login to the fanclub site yet to get the password for the fanclub message board? I see that there has been a message posted. I can log in to the fanclub site, but when it accepts my login name and password, the web page that comes up is blank...anyone having the same problem?

ok, everytime i click on "size" to change the size it says "error on page" and it won't let me make the font bigger...how do i get around this?

I thought that was just me. I have to refresh after every time I click on a page. My husband was telling me that the number of people on the board can slow it down and cause malfunction of the website. That means all of us junkies are on here flooding the board with praise of how good this CD is

Another feature that is not working is the "reply" function in the PM's. If you hover your mouse over "reply" it says "quote post" and if you click on it, it doesn't do anything.

Mine seems to be working alot better tonight. I'm not having to refresh or wait for a long time like earlier They moved Gary over a little so now we can look at him and not try to look through him. LOL. I'm really digging the newsite. They seem to be getting the bugs worked out....

test....i can't get my time to show up correctly!!!! It keeps showing the wrong time.

Hey hon, here's how you can work the size and not have to change the look of your board. [ size=? ] [ /size ] Use that format but put in a number instead of the ? and remove the spaces....I usually use 3, that's a good size. You put one bracket on either side of what you are posting...like this [ size=? ] Hey kendallm! [ /size ] (just add the number you want the size of your font to be and that should be all she wrote. Now, I just hope this turns out when I post it...

Thanks girly! i think you have to be totally comp lit to know what to do but now that i read your replay i remember but obviously never paid attention on the size theing...i was trying [size=3] at both ends! silly me! i looked at that above and went "ohhhhhh duh!"...it sucks being blonde!

I was trying to change colors without having to write it out but I guess I'll do it the old way.

I finally got the board sized right down at the lower bottom,but there is no color to be found to change. I found the fonts but not having luck with that either. I'll look back but how do you get a pictue (banner) at the bottom of your reply. In dumb easy to get terms please. [font="Century Gothic"][/font][/size]trying ....where do you click after the fonts so you don't leave the numbers on ?[size="2"]

Okay , I found the color but what picture do you hit so the size and color in parentheses doesn't show up when you write it ?

Anyone have any suggestions for adding our own avatar? I use photobucket and cannot add my old avatar to the new board. I know about the extra http: you need to delete in the bar where you paste your code. I'm not having any luck at all. Any ideas?

Well, I guess persistence pays off! As you can see, I finally got my avatar on here. I couldn't do it using my photo from photobucket though. I uploaded it directly from my computer. I guess the board resized it for me.

I love my picture of CJ & me! My husband took the picture of us at the Evansville, IN concert in August. He's so adorable!

How do you remove the parentheses?

Since the time change, my time was showing a couple of hours off. I'm pacific time and I had to adjust in the settings to Hawaii time to get it to show my current time.

thats why i quit trying to use the font and the other stuff!! i just type in [ size = ? ] and [ color = ? ] myself!! tried of messing with it!! and my time is off like it says 5:29 and its just 3:25 here!!!

I have given up on the time. I did that too, but now every time I log in, it's got a different time still.

Yeah, it had fixed it for me at first, but then my time went funky again. So I give up as well.

You have to put the words between the brackets. Type your whole message out then highlight it, click your font, color, etc. Just remember to highlight it every time before clicking each option.

Anybody else have trouble getting on the site today?

I didn't this morning or tonight. I didn't try this afternoon.

Is there a way to get a larger font and color to be a default, or do you have to change it for every message you write? This seems harder for me than it should be. Thanks in advance.

how do i not show the size words..

I am attempting to update my personal photo. I am encountering the error "The upload failed. Please contact a board administrator.". The photo I am attempting to upload is well within the 150 by 150 pixel and the actual picture size is 40 KB.
This started last night.

Is anybody else having this issue? I sent a note to the administrators too.

The size is probably too big. Try resizing it.
