Somebody just south of where I live, won the powerball last night--30 million dollars!! We were talking about it at dinner and discussing what we would do w/ that much money. I would give a bunch away, take care of extended family, buy my daughter the horse of her dreams, take my family to Australia (and follow Gary's tour while he's there ). Then I would throw a big party for my family and friends, pay Gary a whatever it takes to be the entertainment for the party and invite all of my fellow junkies along for the fun! Hey, if you're gonna dream, I say dream big.
What would everybody else do if you had stupid money?

My father is a pilot so the plan is to buy an old fashioned DC3 done up totally retro and he will become my personal pilot. This way we make a grand entrance no matter where we go.

I want to see in person the seven wonders of the world. I've done several have more to go.

My dad wants a Prevost tour bus so we can take grand family vacations in all the national parks.

I want a dress by Badgley Mischka and Manolo Blahnik shoes, for my red carpet appearances!

A wardrobe by Richard Tyler, for which I will go to Australia for him to design.

A house on St. Thomas or Cabo San Lucas.

A house in either the Blue Ridge Mountains or Yellowstone area.

Of course do good help my family and all the good stuff.

Of course I would help my family and friends out along with alot of charities and when I got that all taken care of, I would be at every Gary show

First thing, pay the taxes and hire a reallllly good accountant and lawyer.
Pay off the house/car and probably my sister's house/car(s) and landscape her darn back yard so her boys don't have to play in the dirt anymore (even though, being boys, they love playing in the dirt). Up my husband's life insurance then get him the motorcycle he always talks about and whichever big ol' bass boat he wants. A sailboat as well, to use down in the islands, where I'd be spending quite a bit of time! Horses definately. And I'd go see all the artists I've always wanted to see and had to miss due to lack of funds. And do all the traveling we've always wanted to do. There are a few charities I'd donate to as well.

Well, that's a tough one. I'd invest most of it, pay off my car and put in a sprinkler system and a big garage in the back yard for "toys". Give some to my favorite charities and friends, family. Other than that buy some tickets to Gary shows, book some flights and stay at the best hotels. That's what I'd do if I won.

Something for mis-treated / abused children and animals
Invest in Lobbying for tougher laws on abusers & perverts
Set up college funds for all of my Grandparents' great & and great, great grandchildren
Invest
Pay extended family's bills

By a bus to tour the U.S., a Large piece of property on the Guadalupe River and a grove of Redwoods in Northern California. Get the better half his custom bike & my trike.

Oh, no doubt I would throw a personal Gary Party!!! I would invite all you junkies!!! O f course, I would have to help out my family and friends too!
