My boys have been wanting me to trade in my Malibu for the new Camaro. I'm sure just so they can drive it. Seriously, they are great looking cars! Our family has a thing for muscle cars and the new Camaro is so retro. My oldest son has a 72 Chevelle. Would love to have one of the new Camaros but just can't do it right now.

What color did you get? Would love to see a picture of it when you get it!

WELL I WANT TO GET IT PAINTED ON THE REAR RIGHT UNDER THE SPOILER. I DECIDED THIS PRIOR TO ORDERING IT. I WAS STOKED AT THE FCP HE MENTIONED THE COMMERCIAL....I ALMOST PEED!!! I WANTED TO TELL HIM @ MY IDEA & I DIDN'T STEAL IT FROM HIM---PROMISE GARY...I DID NOT.
THE STICKER IS COOL BUT THE FONT DOES NOT MATCH THE NEW CAMARO FONT...I KNOW MY ISSUES @ THE DETAILS. ITS ALL GOOD....

I remember when my husband ordered his first brand-new car(a 1980 Oldsmobile Omega), poor guy couldn't sleep hardly at all from being THAT excited (an Omega...what were we thinking???) It was in high demand back then...couldn't wait any longer...so we got a 1980 Cutlass off the lot instead. Glad we did that, a way better car for the money! Anyways..he got THAT excited over an Omega...I can imagine your excitement over this car!!! And I think the color will look real sophisticated and different. My daughter had a Mustang in a gray color and it looked nice. So, have a ball driving this beast and put your plate on the front so you don't get a ticket!!!

I agree. We work hard all of our lives we enjoy a lil spoiling every now and then. My dream car is the Lexus SC430. It will be a couple of more years before I feel I can justify that much spoiling, but someday I might just do it.

Memer, my car does the window thing. It was strange the first time it happened. When you unlock the door and then open it, the window will go down 1/4 inch. When you get in and close the door, it goes back up. I guess it is to release the air pressure and makes a tighter window seal. My worry is it freezing in the winter! Ha. Personally, I think it is just one more thing to break! Gives the motor companies more parts to order and service people jobs. You better have that car by Rhinebeck!!!

U are SO lucky to be getting one. I have an 06 Mustang that the windows do that. When you open the door they go down 1/4 and when you shut it they go back up. I have owned nothing but Camaros and Mustangs and Camaros are the BEST!!!!!
They claim that the window adjustment is for sealing and chipping. Alot of the old mustangs and camaros are chipped on the corners of the glass because of the curve of the car. But, you know thats just what they say anyway. I have seen some with no problems. I wish I was in your shoes waiting on my new camaro though!! I love them!
I was SO mad when I bought my Mustang because I called every Chevy dealer here in this Hick town trying to find out if they were going to have a Camaro come out like the New Mustangs, and all i got was NO mam'. It wasn't three months later, it was posted all over the internet with the new look! : OO... I was SOO MAD I still have the picture I printed in 2006 hanging on my refrigerator with all the details. ONE DAY!
I about have my mustang paid for and have decided to keep it, but I will have the Camaro SOON I hope! I wish you all the best with yours. Hopefully, they get all the kinks and bugs worked out when you get it!!! THEY ARE FINE!!!
I love your ideas too. It's funny because I have the somewhat of the same thoughts for my Mustang when I get it paid off. I have a friend that paints and we have talked about souping it up! I plan to put Gary's Bucking Bronco logo on the hood and "Like It's A Bad Thing" along the lower part of the door, like the Mustang stripes I am sure you have seen or on the back glass (not sure yet). The only other thing I'll need to find is his Bucking Bronco logo made small in chrome to go above the GT on it! Patience is a virtue they say, but man I am really ready to get that done I think it will look awesome. Oh yeah I have the Lime Green Mustang if you have seen those which I am sure you have. They don't make that color anymore. Then...All I'll need is a Big autograph right on top of the hood huh? That might be out of reach though huh!!! lol... Sounds good though! A girl can dream Right?? Or to take him for a ride HA!

I'm starting to think that I might go into shock when Memer does get the car. A delay in delivery because of a window gadget. Give me a break. Deliver the darn car and when they find a solution, put the car on recall. Memer can just drop it off at the dealership, let em fix it, and be done w/it. At least she'd have the darn car for the Summer to enjoy!
