As the year is winding down, Christmas shopping is done and all ready for Christmas I started to think about the year and have to say 2007 has been a pretty good year for me. We had a couple small trips and had a great time on those, travelled for a couple Gary shows and met some great friends there. For my family, it's been pretty good. We had some stresses with my hubby's job but he got thru the first couple rounds of lay offs and so far so good which is really good since I don't want to do the full time thing LOL . I still don't have all the tests back on my dad but other than that everyone is in great health. Can't complain there. So, how was your year?

Well I must say the last two years haven't been that great. A lot of stresses with family health and other problems. 2008 may not start that great either. I've got an aunt with cancer and she was given about 12 weeks to live. Hopefully as 2008 moves on we will start getting some better news.

My year hasn't been that wonderful either. Because of my health problems, some of my family having health problems and loosing my two babies because of Menu foods, it's been tough. Hoping 2008 will bring better health and better things in my life.

I have had many blessings too and have met some great friends which I am thankful.

Also for the two tickets I just won to see Gary in concert.

I guess this year I can say that I actually grew up.
I learned many things and got my heart broken,
was betrayed by a best friend and learned who to trust!
I've moved out on my own to go to college and luv it!
Towards the end of the year things started going really smooth.
But the bes tpart of it all is that I got FRONT ROW SEATS! lol.

2007 was a GREAT year for me! I have to say, it was a great GARY year!!!! I was lucky enough to make it to 5 shows in 2007. Had lots of fun and met lots of friends!

"IT WAS A WILD AND CRAZY ONE" BUT WOULDN'T CHANGE A MINUTE EVEN IF I COULD. MOVED 3 TIMES AND STILL NOT SURE HOW LONG I WILL BE HERE. MET MANY NEW FRIENDS, LOVE THAT, HAD LOTS OF LAUGHS, GOOD FOR THE SOUL. BUT I HAVE TO SAY THE "ROAD TRIPS" WERE THE GREATEST. ALL BECAUSE OF "THE MAN" THERE JUST ISN'T ANY WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW SEEING HIM MAKES ME FEEL. LOVE THAT GUY!

Well 2007 was great for me in 1 way...For health and family, was good, didn't loose no one this year, got sick 2 times. then got better..Everything was good.
Then the BEST part was half the year I got to see Gary for the first time in concert, there I met a great friend, (becca) then the other half was even BETTER cause I WON THE M&G with Gary and I thought I would never ever get to meet him.Plus I met wonderful people at both concerts and on the board. So Yeah You can say I had a good year..I just hope 2008 is better..

I'll have to say that 2007 was the best year I've had in quite awhile. I'll just say "I just got back from hell"! I did meet gary and that was wonderful. Most of all I have lots of new friends through Gary and that's the best!!!

My year 2007 was great! I got 2 of my friends addicted to Gary this year.I took them to Helotes,they had no idea what was going to happen that day.When Gary hit the stage their mouths fell open and they were speechless the rest of the evening.It brought back memories of when I got addicted in 1996.I had 1 event where I won a meet and greet with Gary at the Nutty Brown and 5 days before the concert I had emergency surgery.I just knew I would never get to meet the Man.Amber was soo sweet. I gave my meet and greet back so someone else could go.The girl that won it was my friend that got addicted in Helotes,well she could not go if I was not going,so oh well.I did get to meet Gary in Oklahoma City it was awesome,made my year.Enjoyed meeting Cheryl,you were a great partner for meet and greet. Met alot of new friends through Gary concerts,and saw some old friends at the concerts.Family is doing great.Hubby great as he has always been,just wish he did Gary concerts. Road trips with girlfriends are good to,would not be the same if hubby was there.Getting 2 new knees in January,so no more wheelchair.Watch out Gary I will be able to run.Good Year 2007

My year wasn't good.I missed out on gary's concert twice.One last year and this year.But i'm hoping to see him next year.I just have to find a way to get where he's going to be at.

Well,I started High School ,(FRESHMAN) AH........so that's been new and fun.I love it.Got All my friends addicted to gary too.Everyone's happy and heathly,and I'm very blessed. I sorry to hear about everyone's rough times ,and hope they get better ,you all are in my prayers.I'm also happy to hear about everyone's good times,Let's let em' roll!!!!!!!

Have to say this was great year in lots of ways.According to a friend of mine who apparently keeps a tally of all my days off I've had about 4 weeks off from work! I seen my family in Cali- Then went back to Cali to say good bye to a beloved Uncle on my husbands side of the family- went to Canada with my best cousin- went to 2 Gary concerts one with my DH the other with the best friend anyone could ask for, Oh yeah went to Boise to see my friend while she was still preggers! Then I went to Hawaii with my DH - a lot of time in the air and probably the best time with family was this September when all my brothers and my sister were here for our youngest brothers wedding. Wow see it written out I feel very lucky- not that weren't some hard/sad times but the good seems to have balanced out all the rest . Thanks for asking the question you've made me see how blessed I've been this year. I wish all you out there in Gary land a blessed New Year and lots of positives thoughts foreveryone.

My year wasn't too bad either
I saw Gary six times. After the second show of the year where I was front row, I didn't think it would get any better than that. Then I had my third show where his bus was at our hotel! Although I didn't get to meet him, Levi did go on the bus and get him to sign something for me, and I did get to hangout with the rest of the guys. Then I was blessed to get to see him in Austin, which wasn't planned until a few days before. Then I won the meet and greet for Marksville!! Very unexpected. Meeting him meant the world to me. I never thought I would get to meet him this soon. I thought it would still be a few more years. Then I had the College Station show. I've been to so many other concerts this year too, and I got to go to California. All of my family has stayed healthy, I've made new wonderful friends, and just had the best year ever Then I find out Gary is coming back to Kinder...so that's just great!
I hope 2008 is just as great for all of us!

I am thankful for healthy children and a grandchild and that I was able to make 2 Gary concerts this year. 2007 however, was not a good year for me and until I get my X in court to pay his child support correctly, life will continue to be a little rougher than normal. I have faith that 2008 will be much better. I begin with a GA concert in January so, for this alone, I am already smiling.

I hope that the remainder of 2007 goes great for all of you.

My year was pretty bad. My father died in June, and my mother died in October. Both were hard but I was closest to my mother, and my brother and I were with her until she took her last breath. I miss them and Christmas is going to be really hard for us.
The highlight, of course, was seeing Gary in August and having front row seats. My son is still yelling FRONT ROW BABY! to anyone that will listen.
