Please pray for my grandparents. My grandpa is healing well from throat cancer surgery and has just finished up radiation treatment, but my grandma is not doing well. She has alzhiemers and is becoming too much for my grandpa to take care of, but he doesn't want her to go into a nursing facility. She has been hospitalized for problems with her diabetes and her refusing to eat. The hospital is sending her to a rehab facility for at least 2 weeks because she is very weak. My grandpa is so depressed he feels like he's letting her down and breaking a promise he made when she was first diagnosed that he wouldn't make her go to a home. I am sorry to hear about your grandparents. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family at this time. I know this is hard on you. It was not my grandparents but, my parents. Tell your grandfather he is not breaking any promise. He kept it as long as he could, then without him knowing why GOD had a differencet plan. I had to remind my mom about this alot during the month before my daddy died. It is what they told me my whole life.

A special thank you to all of you have been praying for us.
Just an update- my grandma has been accepted permanently to a nursing facility one county away from us. She is adjusting okay, I really don't think she realizes where home is anymore. My grandpa is doing much better than we expected. He is relaxed and visiting her everyday. Thank you all again for your thoughts and prayers.
