Kentucky fan here!!! We almost made it even more interesting for everyone! We're just so happy not to be in the cellar anymore!!! Now, if we can just get the basketball team straightened out!

Man, whatever happened to the days of the Cotton Bowl, the Sugar Bowl, the Bluebonnet Bowl, the Orange Bowl, the Rose Bowl? Now they all have these corporate sponsors and odd names.

I'm going to resolve to be happy that my Horns went 9 and 3 and made a bowl game and try to forget about the old days of SWC football.

Arkansas made it to the COTTON BOWL. That tripple overtime win against LSU was an AWESOME game. Even without a head coach, I know Arkansas will kick some serious Missouri butt.... at least I hope so.

well LSU has a few of their major players out on injuries ...
even there first string quarter back, but hopefully come time
for the ship they we be back in action and whip some butt!

But its not the Cotton Bowl anymore...its the AT&T Cotton Bowl. Its got a corporate sponsor. I'm just longing for the days when the bowl games had only the bowl name and no corporation name.

I agree... we were watching ESPNs little ticker at the bottom of the screen to see who was going to what bowl, and we're like... what the heck bowl is THAT? We said that several times... sigh... I think the Rose Bowl is still just the Rose, but last I heard, it was something like "The Rose Bowl presented by.... whoever it is.... "

I hate the BCS and all the commercialization anymore... sigh....
