Well, I got home this evening with my typical monday night chores to do and got busy researching info for Vegas. An hour later I'm on Twitter and Dierks starts tweeting about the CMA Fest on TV so I was instantly sucked in! Now, it's after 10 and I still haven't done anything; including eat.

I made it through the night all fine and dandy. After doing some research on the internet and talking to a lot of people who have gone through this....we are about 90% sure that Im having a miscarriage. That sucks....but its better than the second option I guess.

Bring on Wacky Wednesday! I just spent about an hour scheduling and paying bills. YUCK! I could really start to freak if I think about how much money I owe to my sister for concert tickets that I put on her CC but i'm not gonna let myself think about it.

I booked the hotel for Vegas today! Was able to get rooms at Mandalay Bay and I"m so freakin' excited! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY Courtney! We are going to have some fun! I"m really looking forward to Thackerville & OKC too.

Sue-tonight was a very funny episode of Flipping Out. there were times I was LITERALLY laughing out loud. They crack me up.

The weather we are having here in OK is so nice right now! It's unreal and totally out of season for us. It's getting into the 50s at night and only the 80s during the day. I'm leaving for Galveston area on Thursday afternoon and will be gone until M onday.

I'm back at work after my wonderful days in New York...
Rhinebeck concert was really good except for the rain...also the stage was really high so it was hard to see the whole group..even with a rain coat, I still got soaked but Gary was very worth it...he was in great spirits and seemed appreciative of his fans sitting thru all that rain...
NYC was a lot of fun...I have been there before a few years ago so we wanted to do different things...we walked thru central park and went to the Guggenheim museum but they didn't have many of their exhibitions open that day...we saw a movie or tv show being filmed in central park...at Carnegie deli we were interviewed for Dr Oz's new show that is airing on Sept 14...Time Square was sooo nice and organized now..tourist don't have to be afriad of being run over by cars anymore since they closed most roads around there..Steph literally works in Time Square..
I am grateful for everything that Dor, Jim Silva(ha), Steph, Sues, and mama Carmen did for us...you guys made our trip so memorable...
I can't wait for Vegas now...to meet up with you guys and now we have Kalen and Courtney going!!! I have to load up my pics from this weekend tomorrow..

Hey Kimberly1 thanks for asking!! Don't know how long it's been since you've been on, but yes I did get my blood pressure problems worked out. But right now I am nursing a strained muscle and blown out knee and having to use a cane to keep from falling my fat butt to the floor! But I start physical therapy on Wednesday and hopefully by the 25th I will be good to go....for my Gary show that is!!!

Hey guys!! I hope everyone is having a good weekend! Ive had a great weekend until today....I couldnt get anyone to switch shifts with me so I have to miss a big family BBQ with Bo's family. Though Im sure he wont be feeling too great today...so maybe its best I skip that occasion! lol Last night he got DRUUUUUNK! It was definitely a step in our relationship for me to see him that drunk....he was a goofy little man, all giggles. The night was all good until we got home and he had his head over the toilet. Im thinking he wont be getting drunk again anytime soon.

I cant wait for Monday.... I love long weekends!!

Hope everyone had a nice extra long weekend! Mine was nothing special. I actually had 2 days all to myself since the hubby went to the dear lease. I spent most my time doing things around the house and did just a little bit of shopping. Today was just a lazy day.

Alicia, I hope that you are feeling better and everything is fine! I'm sure Bo will be staying away from the alcohol for awhile. At least he was a happy drunk and not a mean drunk.

bren~ amber is doing great, she trys to be alot more mobile then she SHOULD be. but i've finally got my folks doing what the doctor instructed! she's confined to my room for the most part, only up & about to go outside...thats it. her foot is finally not swollen as bad anymore

Just checking in, haven't been on in a while. Major drama medical wise that I have to have surgery for at the end of the month. Will keep you posted.

The real reason I came on was this morning as I was walking to work I noticed this really tall guy talking on his phone....it was Storme Warren, the host from GAC. What a small world. I am probably the only person in midtown Manhattan that would know who he was. haha.

Off to another CMA Songwriters Series tonight with Mr. Chuck Wicks....eh.

Steff....sorry to hear about you having to have surgery, best of luck with that!! I hope its nothing serious.

Bren....YEP!! Its not as bad as it could have been...no dints at all, and the marks that are on there right now are mostly paint from the mailbox.....the scratches dont seem to be too big or deep. I actually took it better than I thought I would....I figured I would cry if I ever scratched it, I just shrugged and said "Shhhhh......IT HAPPENS"!

All this talk about football makes me realize I still can't understand the game! In any case, I was offered tix for the Giants/Redskins game on Sunday and I'm going. The bf is going into the office so I'm taking one of my best friends - who also doesn't understand the game. Ironic.

So on to Chuck Wicks last night Alicia (sorry about the scratches on the truck) . It was great as always! In addition to the other singer songwriters, he showed up with 2 dudes from his band who were phenomenal singers also. I've been to 4 of the series now in the city and I have to say out of all the "names" who attend this shows, Chuck showed the most personality. The songwriters are always great and you can tell hangin' with them would be a good time, but this is the first time the "famous" one showed that amount of humor and timing. Good dude.

I took 2 of my work friends and we met Steph, Dor and her buds there. My 2 work friends are NOT country fans but they loved it! I think I may convince them to come in November. Bob Dipiero will be back with Jessi Alexander and a number of others.

Laura....I hope you liked Supernatural. I havent watched it yet since I stayed with Bo last night...I was going to get ready for work there to save money but specifically decided to come back to my parents to watch Supernatural....then it turns out my dad started having shoulder pain last night and is sleeping on the couch. So no Supernatural for me yet. I might try to watch it later today after work.


Well....Im off to work again. I got to make some money BAD!! I have made some stupid little mistakes lately that has put be in debt. I have like $10 to my name. Oh well....I will deal with it.

Laura...just watched Supernatural! Im happy that it hasnt lost its touch....its was AWESOME!! Im even more sad now knowing its the last season.

To all my girls that watch One Tree Hill...anyone noticed in the previews that it seems Peyton and Lucas are not going to be on the show anymore. Thats going to be weird. Speaking of OTH....it comes back this Monday, so dont miss it if you are one that watches it.

Alicia...At least you have a job...I just found out tonight that since my job was classified as temp. I am no longer needed...Even though my schedule was made out 'til the 26th Funny thing is he "stupidly" let me go right before the w/e (in retail)!!! They're going to be so short handed...I may just go in & laugh!!! It sucks though, 'cause I work harder than half the people there that still have jobs...The personal guys really sweet...He said to put my app. back in, call him this coming week...NO more temp for me!!! Esp. since in 3 month no one will be hiring (retail)...

Now on a happier note...
I love Supernatural!!! I love that they brought Bobby back...I thought he was the perfect choice to get demonized & close to the boys... I'm glad Castiel's still in the picture...I just really thought the entire show made perfect sense...I saw a ComCon interview with the producers & such and they said a lot of people are coming back...Also, something is suppose to happen on eps. 2, but I can remember what??? So make sure you don't miss the next eps...Now if Big Bang Theory would come back on!!!...BTW...Sorry 'bout your truck...

Did anyone happen to watch VAmpire Diaries last Thursday? I taped it and watched it tonight and I liked it. It's aimed at a teenage crowd so I found parts of it cheesy, but I liked it and will continue to DVR it and try to keep up with it. The Vamps are so good looking. lol.

Anyone excited to see the new show on ABC called FlashForward? I am totally ready for it. Looks good.

So, my vacation was...well, let's just say, it was nice to get out of town for a while. I'll leave it at that.
The past 2 days have been really good though. Thursday I went to a FREE Luke Bryan concert in a little town outside of Tulsa. First time I'd been to this festival and I hate to say, but it was a DUMP! But, LB was GOOD!!! and GOOD LOOKING! When we first got there, we were sitting in the truck trying to take it all in. I looked up and saw this guy on a golf cart whizzing by and I go, "THERE'S LUKE" and rolled my window down and yelled LUKE! He turned around and waved, but he didn't look very happy for some reason. I also saw his tour manger or body guard, not sure which one he is, Sarge. We waited around the building for him to come back out and get our pics but we went to the bathroom at just the right time and missed him. It was super muddy because we've had a lot of rain. It was in a hole so it was extra muddy. They had this VIP section, but NO ONE was in it. So, we decided to have our own little tailgate party until about 5 minutes before he came onstage. I made the mistake of mixing too much Captain Morgan and not enough Pepsi and not eating dinner so, needless to say, I had a VERY FUN NIGHT. For some reason, I was calling everyone "baby"?!?!? But, we eventually made it into the VIP area and LB came down off the stage, into the mud, to give everyone high fives. After the show, we somehow found our way behind the stage area where the buses were. Sarge came out and I was the only one who knew who he was so I was literally yelling SARGE at him over and over again. And, I think I told him he rocked too. Not sure. It's all kinda hazy. But, Luke and the band came off the bus. I didn't have anything for him to sign, but my cousin had him sign her hat and I talked to him for a while. I was calling him baby too. lol. I asked for a pic and SArge said NO. So, I handed the camera to my sister and said, "get ready. I'm gonna yell his name and when he turns around, take it!" So, I did and the pic of him is really good, me not so much. But, Sarge goes, "now, you're breaking the rules!" So, after that, they were pretety much done. But, Kristy Jo came off the bus and my sister, who loves her, and cousin got their pic with her. She asked them if they were the ones yelling at her before the show started. So, she heard us! lol. Then, his guitar player came off the bus. I called him Bryan for some reason and he didn't like it. lol. He was bent over getting some of his stuff from under the bus and he looked up at me and goes, what did you call me? and then he kinda laughed but I got my pic with him too. He's the funny one in all the LB videos. We were talking to someone in his band, the drummer or keyboards, and I asked him if they were wondering where in the hell they were going when they drove there and he said, "YES" and I said "me too" because, it was like going to ARkansas or something. Very wierd place and it's only like 30 minutes from here. LOL. I remember him saying "it must not have been advertised well" and I felt bad for them. Because, there really weren't alot of people there. But, there were other factors to take into consideration too. There was a BIG threat of rain, even though it never did and it was a Thursday night. But, it was a REALLY REALLY FUN NIGHT. Most of my concert pics are &#^#% because I was so far away.

Then, yesterday, I went to Oklahoma City to see Billy Currington & Sugarland. Jennifer ended up going with us and she came up with the idea of making a sign that said Happy Birthday Jennifer and emailing it to SL because they ask on Twitter for pictures of people getting ready and on their way to the show. Then, they make a slideshow out of all the ones sent in and show it before they come on. So, we made the sign while we waited in line and had some beer & a few drinks. It was a general admission show and we were able to be second row behing the VIP so I was pretty pleased. Matt Nathanson was a surprise opener and he was really funny. He reminded me ALOT of John Mayer but better looking. Billy Currington was good. He must be about five foot tall! But, he sings really well live. I was also surprised at how many of his songs that I knew. He had on a skin tight, white v-neck Tshirt and holey jeans and He performed barefoot. He's pretty cute until he makes weird faces. SL was good as always. It's basically the same show they did in Tulsa, just longer. I mean, they do the SAME dance moves, she makes the SAME faces and he stand there and has the SAME blank stare. He even had on the same ugly pants he wore in Tulsa. But, they have good music and she can be funny AT TIMES. I figured it out last night what it is about her...I think she's watched too many episodes of HEE-HAW. She has that cheesy, twangy, schtik that gets OLD after a while. But, like I said, GIRL CAN SING! And, me & Jennifer were on the big screen two different times with our sign and the other pic we took. So, 4 times of us being up there. IT was a fun night and got back home at about 2. Now, I have to stay in the "real world" for the next few weeks until Gary weekend at the end of the month.

I need to post more often so my posts aren't novels!

Laura, sorry about the job. I hope you get your job back but not as a temp.

Im really excited to see what is supposed to happen in the next episode of Supernatural....you have my interest peaked!! Im glad Bobby is back too...and that he didnt die, I almost cried....I like Bobby a lot. Im really starting to hate Sam....which I feel like is what the show is trying to do if the ending is really going to be a big Sam/Dean throw-down. They are going to try to get the audience to hate Sam. Im glad Castiel is back as well, I like him a lot. I bet one of the people coming back in some way is going to be Jeffery Dean Morgan (their dad).

Kalen, I dont see the need to do Twitter anymore. I update my myspace and facebook enough. My cell phone bill has literally been the equivalent to a truck payment the last 2 months bc of me getting carried away with mobile internet and all my text messaging (and not paying attention to it)....so Ive had to give up a couple things.

As for the Vampire Diaries...havent watched it yet. I set my tivo to start recording it...the Pilot airs tonight again. I would like to watch Flash Forward....but my TV schedule is pretty packed full already.

I cant wait to see all your pictures from the weekend...especially any Jennifer Nettles pics you got.

Hey everyone. I'm not having such a good week Things are REALLY SUPER TIGHT at work right now. We are on the biggest money crunch we've had since we opened last year and it is REALLY stressing me out! And, on top of that, I've got accountants asking me for all these things they need to finish our taxes by TODAY! It just sucks! and, what really sucks is the reason we are so strapped right now is because a IRS tax payment went through yesterday and it was over $1000. That took a HUGE chunk out of our account and today is payroll. UGH!

I like that your "TV schedule is packed" LOL. I was just wondering what in the world I was going to watch this fall besides Greys and survivor. I did start watching Gossip Girl last night but am having a hard time keeping my i nterest because I've only watched a few shows from a previous season.

So happy to hear that so many are interested in Flash Forward. It does start on 9/24...the same night as Greys!!! I saw some bloopers from Grey's last night on Entertainment Tonight and it was funny.

Hi Barb!!! Just sayin' hi to ya. I feel like we keep up on Twitter

The Kanye/Taylor deal: First of all, he was WWAAAYYYY out of line doing that. But, I honestly feel like he is literally a lost soul since his mother died earlier this year. She was his ROCK and now that is gone. Not that this is an excuse but, he was seen on the red carpet and in the theater with a bottle of Hennessey Whiskey drinking it straight out of the bottle with his nasty stripper girlfriend. Obviously, he was drunk. Again, no excuse, but, he is in the stages of grief. After watching him last night on Jay Leno that is more clear to me now. When Jay mentioned his mom, there was a long, awkward silence and he even covered his face, as if he was about to cry. I dont' feel sorry for him, but I think his grief and the fact that he hasn't properly grieved and doesn't know who he is without his mother, has made him a different person. He is very outspoken, but he's usually not a rude $##@ like he was that night. He has since apologized in person to Taylor and I bet they do some kind of collaboration in the future.

Ok, gotta get back to work. The finale of Big Brother is on tonight and so is Jeff Lewis a.k.a. Mine & Sue's BFF

I just checked the tour page and they've announced one show for 2010! Wow! I wonder if he'll be coming back to Oklahoma in the early part of the year like he did this year. I hope so because it was one of the funnest (is that word?) nights of my life!

Well, work is crazy right now. We had layoffs and so my job just got 3 times busier and it is still our "peak" time.

Happier note: Anniversary tomorrow (14th) and get to see Gary on Friday!

I need to search Utube to see the whole Taylor/Kanye thing. I saw it all over the yahoo and myspace pages and stuff but havent actually watched what happened. My thing is in the picture he has a microphone....WHO GAVE HIM A MIC?!?!? If he just happened to have it in his hand then I would have to say that the whole thing was probably staged.

Kalen...as for you saying that he acts like this bc of his mom, NO WAY! lol He acted like that way before his mom died. You dont remember the tantrum in 2005/2006 when Gretchen Wilson beat him in the Best New Artist category for the American Music Awards. He has always been a D-bag.

I finally watched The Vampire Diaries.....it was ok, not great though. Reminded me too much of Twilight.

I hope everyone is having a good week so far. Other than me being poor and work being ridiculously slow....life is great!!

Had to tell ya' - no one gave him the mic - he walked on stage and rudely TOOK it from her hand! D-Bag is putting it nicely!

Kanye West should not be allowed at these shows anymore...what a JERK!!! Poor Taylor, she looked so upset when he was done...I thought she was going to cry..she was totally speechless and standing there. I felt sooo bad for her. But Beyonce sure showed class when she called her back to the stage to have her moment. The crowd just rose to their feet and cheered!! This Kanye...who does he think he is to just burst out onto the stage and take the mic away?!?! This just angers me to no end!!!

Alicia, don't know if your still able to get into KC's fanclub or not but he posted a letter saying he will not be touring next year. I know this will make some happy and others sad (like me)! Most of us expected it but just thought I would tell you if you hadn't already seen it.

I'm very interested in watching Fast Forward too!

Oh! BTW...Have you heard/seen the new Lady A song "Need You Now"? I have to admit I've only been a "marginal" fan in the past; but I seriously can't get this song "unstuck"...If "NYN" is any indication of their next CD, I may have to pay a lot more attention!!!

Oh! & BTW (again )...Was just checkin' out future releases at Amazon (sit down...it's not that ), and just found out that James Otto's got a new CD coming out next Feb...
