when does the membership run? is it the month on your card or the one before that?

Mine says it runs out April 30 but I tried to log in today and it won't let me. it says I have no active subscription. I wish someone could let me know what is going on.

mine had run out in dec and it was deactived a couple days before. I just went thru the process online and renewed. and then was able to log in right away.

you may just want to email the FC, i have either called or emailed and they've been fast at responding.

Well yeah...But, I'm sure that's because they were having ticketing problems!!! Mine says March 31 2009...I didn't renew until two days ago; but, I could still get everywhere even then...

Yeah I know they are having problems that is why I am not ma, just want to know why I can't get on the fan page, when my card doesn't run until the end of the month. I really want to get my tickets for the party.

No I haven't. But I have been at work too today.

I just went and tried and it still won't let me in. I wish I knew why.

Just to let everyone know the date on your card is for meet and greets only. Your membership actually expires the before. I just found this out when I called the fan clubhouse again and talked to Rachel. So I had to renew my membership now and still could get my tickets. So I am going to the party this year. My day just turned around really quick. I can't wait I finally get to see Gary and the guys this year.
