I have this really good friend who is Hawaiian & is ALWAYS happy. I seriously don't know how she does it. I've known her for 5 years & I've only seen her not happy one time in all these years. Her husband is amazing & I'm cloning him as soon as it can be done but that's another story.

Anyway, I saw this post on her facebook page & it really struck me bcuz 2008 sucked in all ways for me. I am determined to make 2009 and on better. I am starting my vision board on 01/01/09 & I am posting this on there. I just wanted to share it with everyone on here.

LIVE ALOHA!!!

To LIVE ALOHA is to make a conscious choice every day to live life to the fullest and to have a positive purpose as you live every day and spreading that Aloha to others. .meaning . .appreciate what you have . . don't dwell on what you don't . .appreciate the people you love and who love you ..tell them everyday how much they mean to you ..if you feel something, say it . .believe in something . .believe in yourself . .have faith in what you don't know but FEEL . .be honest . .be KIND . .be GOOD . .work hard . .LOVE your CHILDREN . .LOVE your husband . .friend . .family . .dog . .cat . .YOURSELF. It isn't easy to LIVE ALOHA . .it takes effort, patience and mindfulness . .if we all could find it within ourselves to LIVE just a little bit of ALOHA . .what a refreshing change that would be!
