I am so excited & I just had to share this. I've been a bad girl & haven't weighed myself for a month due to being sick & other things happening. Well....

I weighed myself this morning & I lost 9 lbs since 10/16/08!! Which means three things....

I am 15 lbs away from being under 200 for the first time in 14 yrs!!

I am 94 lbs away from my goal weight!

&

I have lost a total of 21 lbs since moving to Texas in August!!!

I knew moving here would be the best decision I've made. Now if I can just get a job all will be right with the universe.

Great job!!! I myself, am not doing so well with mine. I did the work out thing for about a month. I was starting to see a difference. Then they started remodeling our only bathroom and it was a pain in the you know what to go get all sweaty and have to go to my sisters to shower and then have to go back over there late at night to get ready for work. So I just opted for not working out for a while. Now the bathroom is finished and I can shower whenever I want to but I am too lazy to work out again!!! Promise.....I will get back into it this week. I'd like to shed about 20lbs. by February at least. But I did weigh last night and I haven't put any on, so that's a plus! Hee!

You will get back into it. Plus like you said...... you didn't gain anything so that is a big positive!! I know all about not wanting to exercise & not being motivated. My sister found a great way to motivate me.

I made a comment that the best pictures I had ever taken were my senior high school pics. The next day a copy of one of those pics was hanging on the fridge so that every time I get into the fridge I see it. It helps me visualize that I want to be back looking that good.

Congrats! I find that small "do-able" changes in my lifestyle are the best. One thing I try to do....is NOT park in the closest parking spot at the store. I figure it's better for my car too! Not likely to get the doors banged into....and I get some exercise!

Congratulations!!!! It is not easy, I myself have lost almost 70 pounds since Feb and I know that while it has gone well for me, some days are really REALLY tough

OMG!! You & my sister would get along great!! LOLOL!! She drives a black Mercedes & is so paranoid about door dings that she parks in the last space where there are NO cars for MILES around her. She also parks that way bcuz like you said.... it's a little bit of walking!!

We all used to tease her but now she's got me doing it bcuz it makes me walk. My teenager isn't liking it tho. LOLOLOL!!

I know we can all do this together!! We may not be around each other but we can encourage each other & share our little tips. Like parking in the last parking space, blasting your music & dancing around the house, sharing recipes & food tricks. It's up to us to make a choice to just be healthy. We don't all have to be a size 0 or 6.... as long as your happy & HEALTHY!! That is the most important thing. Make a decision to just get healthy. Do it for yourself.

I've lost 21 lbs since moving to Texas & I can feel it, I can see it when I look in the mirror. I'm happier in my soul. My daughter is proud of me too. She keeps me in line & is watching me like a HAWK!!

We can get healthy together!! We are already the sexiest music fans out there but we are going to be the healthiest too!!!!

Besides, if the ex ever sees me again he's gonna make a dookie in his pants & eat his heart out!!
