I THINK WITH ALL THE PRAYER REQUESTS WE GET ON THE BOARD THAT AT THIS TIME WE NEED TO ADD ONE. WITH THE U.S. ECONOMY STRUGGLING LIKE IT IS AND A DEPRESSION POSSIBLY LOOMING AROUND THE CORNER, THAT WE ALL NEED TO TAKE THE TIME TO SAY A LITTLE PRAYER FOR OUR COUNTRY AS A WHOLE. WITH THE WARS IN IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN (AMONG OTHER PLACES),THE HURRICANES AND OTHER WEATHER RELATED TRAGEDIES, PEOPLE LOSING THEIR HOMES, ETC. ,AND RISING GAS PRICES, WE ALL NEED TO PRAY THAT THINGS WILL GET BETTER FOR EVERYONE EFFECTED BY THE THINGS GOING ON AROUND US. THERE IS NO BETTER BLACE TO LIVE THAN THE GOOD OLE U.S.A. AND WE NEED TO DO ALL WE CAN TO ENSURE THAT OUR FREEDOM AND PROSPERITY BE MAINTAINED. SAYING A LITTLE PRAYER NOW AND THEN IS ONE OF THOSE THINGS WE CAN ALL DO! GOD BLESS AMERICA!!

I can't remember a scarier, more difficult time for Americans. No matter what our differences are ~ we are one people who care greatly about our country, and each other. One Nation Under God.

You are so welcome. It is a very scary time for us right now and we all need to pray about it. Granted, I am not an overly religious person but I do know where all my Blessings come from and these times we all face right now are really worrying me.

I totally agree. This is a terrible time right now and we all need to pray for our economy, country and our troops. We also need to be thankful too! For our freedom and our blessings.

While I will continue to pray on a daily basis, those of us who are students of Eschatology find current world events expected. Fear and worry is of no value. Have FAITH and be prepared. JMO
