Right now....looks like I need to tell all the Louisiana junkies to be safe...but none of us know!! But know...sitting in Alabama....thinking of ALL of you!!! Guess with 5 systems out there.....this is the year we've all missed for the last 3 years!! Be SAFE.....and we will all pray for the best!!

To everyone on the Gulf Coast, stay safe if you must stay. But, if you can go, get out. Nothing is more valuable than life, which cannot be replaced. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone.

I'm also praying for everyone on the Gulf Coast..but please don't forget everyone in North Louisiana who is also going to be hit pretty hard! Thanks for the prayers!!

i've been praying hard for all those on the gulf.my sister lives in gulfport,ms.and it took us 2 weeks to get in touch with her after katrina.
i called her this morning and she said so far so good,it was raining harder and the wind was up more now than last night.they are excepting rain for at least 2 days.so just wanted to let those who will be hit by this storm that we will contuine to pray for ya and do all that we can....

I'm just glad that this Hurricane wasn't as bad as we thought it would be for all the Southerners! Thank the Good Lord above!!!! Tina

Hey Everyone! I am from Houma, La were the Eye of the hurricane past over. WE are in Texas right now and we can't go back home until friday..So far from what I heard my house don't have water..Now I don't know about the damages but there is alot of building is on fire..There is a supermarket that is a few feet from my house that burned down so I am hoping that it didn't get to close to my house..So right now I just have to pray that it don't reach..THANKS for everyone prayers, I am sure everyone is gratefull...ONce I get home, I can tell everyone when I get home..
WE get internet here in the hotel so I can keep track of things on here...And Yes Gary was here only 1 hour from me and I didn't go..:-( He was here in Forth Worth..Oh well, I hope that up north La are ok..I know we have ALOT of damage around my home town...I'll let you all know how things are...Thanks again for the prayers!!!

i live in lake charles .. we got wind and rain! that's about it -- electricity will be back on so i can go home tomorrow!

we evacuated to waco, texas and just got back to beaumont, texas (my dads) today .. no damage in beaumont .. tomorrow i will be going home to lake charles so we can put all of our stuff back in order! there was an expected 7 ft of water for lake charles (i read on the internet) but thank god that goal was not reached!!

and yes -- gary was about an hour and a half from us too kristylyn -- couldnt go either and you will be in my prayers!! i hope your home is ok! and for all the rest of the Louisianians (lol) -- you will be in my thoughts!
