Oh, I am so very sorry to hear of their loss. What a tragic accident! It makes my heart ache for those young girls. My oldest is 11 years old and I cannot imagine her having to bear that kind of pain! My prayers are with your friend and her family.

Sending prayers...I know what this is like as I just buried my husband a month ago yesterday. He was 32 years old and we have 2 daughters, ages 10 years and 21 months. Please tell her my thoughts are with her and just take it day by day....sometimes hour by hour,,,or minute by minute. My heart goes out to her and her family.

Sorry to hear that.
Last summer not far from our home in MN, a family of four were on the Mississippi fishing and their motor stalled. They were just south of the lock/dam at I-90/river, they also got pulled in. The mom was about 7-8 months pregnant. One child was never recovered. This summer at the same lock... a boat with 12 people on board lost their prop and drifted into the dam. Fortunately they were on the upside of the dam and operators were able to close all gates quickly. All were rescued.

I'm so glad they found them. It's terrible, but it does make it a little better that they found them. Prayers going out to their families.
