I just read this on TMZ and thought the other cagleheads would like to know that Chris was found NOT GUILTY the charges of domestic assault.


Chris Cagle is off the hook ... in the legal sense, anyway.

The country star was found not guilty of domestic assault this morning following an incident in May where both he and his GF were arrested. According to cops, the fight took place when both were drunk and involved a purse and umbrella as weapons.

Prosecutors decided not to go forward with their case against the girlfriend.

Well I guess this one way to keep your name in the news...I personally think it was just what it was. The cops should have never been called. Chris needs to concentrate on his music and leave the ladies(and I use that word reluctantly) alone, especially that one.

I agree!! I really like his stuff a lot, but all the drama - esp this kind - is distracting!

I like most of his stuff and he is a good singer. and he just needs to stay away from the girls and just concentrate on the music!.
