One night the news was on and they announced the baggage surcharge that the airlines would be charging to help with the increased fuel costs. My son says "Mom, I know what we can do so we don't have to pay that". I'm thinking great cause we are flying this summer. So, he says "we can just take the one suitcase and put it inside the other one, that way we only pay for one" I laughed and said "well, hon that won't really work because if they are both packed the suitcase won't fit in the other one." He krinkled his little forhead and said "oh, yeah I'll have to figure something else out". It cracked me up, just had to share that one.

He is going to be a "great mind" in the future! Love kids, you just never know what they are going to come up with.

He'll probably grow up to be an engineer!! thanks for sharing. If he figures anything out let me know, cuz I'm flying this fall and trying to figure out how to beat that charge too!!

That is so cute. Keep us informed if he comes up with the answer. Hopefully soon I have fly back down to Tenn. in July and then send my daughter to college down there. Would really like to beat that charge.

i am thinking on wearing about 4 outfits 5 pairs of socks...keeping my undies it my bra....hope its not hot!!! lol This is my cheap "butt" thinking here...save one bag and pile on the clothes!! Anyone think the same? lol

Oh yeah, he's a riot. When he was really small just big enough to go on the rides. He didn't care what they did went up or down or if they spinned he'd just watch and try to figure out how it moved like that. So, I'm thinking the engineer would be right up his alley. Well, that is unless he gives up the NHL player. LOL
