I want to thank everyone for the cards and the wishes here on the board. You guys are all great, its nice to get the happy wishes. The birthday card exchange has been a blast and to everyone that has sent them they are all awesome and I love all the creativity! Of which I have none! I got to tell you that it means even more to me because I had to put my 12 year old golden retriver to sleep last night and I can't deal with it. My animals are like family and he was the best dog ever. He had renal failure which came on quick and I am thankful that he didn't suffer, but I still feel such a hole in my heart. So the Birthday wishes mean so much because I am just so sad. thanks again

i just lost my rabbit who stayed in the house -- was litter box trained -- he was part of our family too .. and it does leave a hole .. i know what you mean!

Sorryto hear about your dog. I too agree that the birthday exchange is great. Getting Gary in the mailbox the last few days, well it been a little sunny shine on my very wet week.
