Anyone ever read Gary's CMT board? That board just gets on my nerves. Why all of the rude comments and Gary bashing? Ya'll here are so nice and sweet. Thanks for making this a fun place to come to. I never leave this board in a "mood" for the rest of the day.

I have stopped reading cmt's boards for the same reason--too much riduculous stuff over there. I prefer to read the positive and fun stuff on this board. by the way, make sure you check out Amber's message to all Junkies who were on the board last weekend. I think the message is at the top of All About Gary. As Amber says, the best way to deal w/ people who are into spreading rumors and lies is to ignore them until they go away.

I don't know why that one tends to get outta hand. I used to go over there a few times a week but now it's more like once a month. It's too bad there isn't much you can do but if you do see a negative post try not to reply to it then eventually it will get buried. I've learned that if you post to it, it goes up to the first topic. Not a good thing. Yeah, I'm with you I like it here too!

I ck out the CMT board everyday, I really like the way that Bill_Board takes us on the ride up the billboard, very cool, I have learned a lot of things from him pertaining to how that chart works.
Not everyone over there gets out of hand, it is usually not too bad, give it a chance. You will always have to deal with the crazies and the deranged every once in a while.

The CMT board is a prime example of why we have the rules and regulations that we have on this board. They have none.

It is thanks to the management team and to AmberJ that we have everything we have here and have learned to play nice.

ok, well i am not real proud of this, but i had to add my 2 cents on that site (first time ever adding a comment there)... i dont want to get in trouble, but some people just need a kick.

I used to go on gary's board on cmt.But i don't go back there anymore,because it was making me mad also.I would rather be here.I love it here.I wouldn't leave this place for nothing.I you did the right thing.It's really fun.

I just so happened to get on there today for the first time in FOREVER and it made me sick. There is a feud going on right now, and its ridiculous. Some people just need to find something better to do with there time! It seems like a lot of the CMT boards get negative comments, not just Gary's. It ruins it for the people who just want to go and talk about there favorite artist. I'm not a fan of all country artist, but I don't go on there and bash them just because I have nothing better to do.... some people....

That's probably the one I was talking about. I wasn't impressed. I agree that people should have freedom of speech, and a choice to listen to what they want to. However, that is just pointless. If they don't like Gary or his music then fine, don't listen to it. No one is forcing them to. Why go on a message board and bash some one and ruin it for the people who really do like/love the music? I just don't get it but maybe it is because I have a life, morals, and a heart!
