For those who might be fans or interested, Def Leps new cd is out Tues, Songs from the Sparkle Lounge. THe 1st single is with Tim Mcgraw called NINE LIVES> the video is on cmt but i no longer get it, so i watched it online, & i love it.
THey will be on Ellen Tues as well as Dancing with the Stars, & then Wed on Jimmy Kimmel. Im hoping ot find a tape to tape Ellen & DWTS, & hopefully ill stay up for Jimmy. LOL NOw just to wait 4 mths till they tour the US.

Just saw them on DWTS. I like the new song, but I think it's cheezy that they lip-synched both songs

I was to go to detroit 2 weeks ago but they postponed it cuz joe n phil both had been really sick. Im wondering if thats why they lipsynked or did the show do that as protcol. THey normally sing live unless the shows dont do live. They sang live on Ellen today.
Ive seen them well over 100 times atleast in the past, but am only gonna hit detroit & the youngstown show , they havent released many dates for the summer.

I WAS A LITTLE TICKED WHEN THEY LIP SYNCHED.....COME ON NOW - IF NO COULD TELL THAT THEY WERE THEY NEED HELP AND THEIR EARS CHECKED....

Yeah, I was disappointed that they were lip syncing too! Wanted to hear the real deal! But, still glad to see them on there. Love some Def Leppard!! Bring back lots of memories!
Yeah, I was watching it with my mom and I turned to her and said (re: Pour Some Sugar on Me,) "Sounds EXACTLY like it did on my ipod when I was running this morning."
It *did* bring back fond middle-school memories, though. My best friend and I had Def Leppard and Bon Jovi pictures all over our rooms!

Ive known these guys for yrs, like since 1988, & they dont like to lip sync but if the show has that as their standard they do it. None of the artists on DWTS sings live, its all lip synced. They sang on Ellen & Jimmy Kimmel, granted i missed JK but my friends said they saw it. BUt i also know 2 of the guys had been very sick with upper respitory infections & they cancelled alot of shows the wk prior too. Oh well, everyone lip syncs for something. Theyre gettin old & cant do such a good job maybe. LOL
I got the new cd & have yet to listen to it, I will when i have the time to listen to it all, I hate doing it song at a time. LOL
