That voice does tend to make the heart rate go up! I was training for the half-marathon with the man, but only to sprain my ankle less than a month before the run. Needless to say, I stood on the sidelines cheering everyone else - while listening to Gary!!! (Felt like I had a good workout!!

On that note...I have been doing Gary's workout - hot yoga!! I really like it!! I was never very fond of the yoga thing - since I have trouble touching my toes! But after almost passing out the first day - it's the "hot" part that is hard!! - I have done really well! The instructor said I was doing great - even with my bad ankle! I have to admit, I think of Gary while I am twisting and turning all around...I just wonder what he looks like doing those poses!!
