We have temporary housing in The Woodlands and will be looking for a home over the next few months. So far there seems to be a lot of homes on the market.

We are trying to decide whether to buy a home w/pool or w/o a pool. Any opinions from current homeowners would be appreciated. It gets so hot during the summer my husband thinks it will take effort to keep the pool temp. cool enough to be refreshing, I'm not sure I agree with him.

What has been your experience there in TX?
